I know because I lived it.

I come from a corporate background. I understand deadlines, performance reviews, and that subtle pressure to always be “on.”

For over a decade, I also dealt with medically unexplained symptoms, burnout and a deep sense of disconnection from myself. I tried to think my way out of it. I couldn’t.

What changed wasn’t another productivity hack.

It was learning how to regulate my nervous system.
How to reconnect to my body.
How to stop running on autopilot.
